Bring Health Home / Campaign

In 2020, as the healthcare system in Ontario braced itself for a second wave of Covid-19, a group of homecare providers rallied together around a common goal — to get more government support for homecare.

They believed providing more care in Ontarians’ homes could lighten the load on hospitals and long-term care facilities. And they knew more homecare is what Ontarians have wanted for years. They just needed a way to help make their voices heard.

We gave the group an identity, and created a social campaign with one strong call-to-action the whole province could get behind: share this message and let’s Bring Health Home.

Social Posts
We used bright, bold posts on social to educate Ontarians about what treatments and care can actually be done at home (I personally had no idea chemotherapy and dialysis can be done out of hospital), and share stats that prove the need for more homecare.

Website
We created bringhealthhome.ca to introduce the care providers behind Bring Health Home, explain the need for more homecare, and make it easy for Ontarians to get involved.
